中国已做好全面应对的准备！
5月13日晚，一条央视《新闻联播》片段刷爆了各大社交平台。
视频中，主持人康辉用铿锵有力的声音，播报了一篇题为《中国已做好全面应对的准备》的国际锐评。
这一段“硬气”的声音，是针对美国发起的贸易战亮明中国态度：谈，大门敞开；打，奉陪到底。
下面，我们先来快速回顾下事件始末。
加征关税
在4月底美国代表团进行第十轮谈判之时，中美贸易前景看似仍然是在向好发展的。然而，就在第十一轮谈判前，美国政府变脸了。
2019年5月9日，美国政府宣布自2019年5月10日起，对从中国进口的2000亿美元清单商品加征的关税税率由10%提高到25%。
对此，新华社13日评论道：“美方动辄‘ 掀桌子’，反而指责中方‘倒退’，完全是罔顾事实，倒打一耙。”
面对美方的加征关税、出尔反尔，中方则发表声明，宣布采取反制措施。
China on Monday announced that it will raise the rate of additional tariffs imposed on some of the imported U.S. products from June 1. China had earlier imposed additional tariffs on 60 billion dollars worth of U.S. imports, the rates of additional tariffs on some of the products will now be increased to 25 percent, 20 percent, and 10 percent, according to a statement by the Customs Tariff Commission of the State Council.
国务院关税税则委员会13日发表公告，决定自2019年6月1日0时起，对已实施加征关税的600亿美元清单美国商品中的部分，提高加征关税税率，分别实施25%、20%或10%加征关税。对之前加征5%关税的税目商品，仍继续加征5%关税。
The decision came after the U.S. move to increase tariffs on 200 billion dollars worth of Chinese goods from 10 percent to 25 percent as of May 10.
此前，美国决定从5月10日起将价值2000亿美元的中国商品的关税从10%提高到25%。
The measure taken by the United States escalated trade frictions and violated the consensuses reached by both sides to tackle trade disputes through consultations, the statement said. The U.S. move damaged the interests of the two sides and did not meet universal expectation of the international community, it said.
公告显示，美方上述措施导致中美经贸摩擦升级，违背中美双方通过磋商解决贸易分歧的共识，损害双方利益，不符合国际社会的普遍期待。
To defend multilateral trade mechanisms and safeguard its own rights and interests, China had to adjust its additional tariffs on some of the goods imported from the United States in response to the U.S. act of unilateralism and trade protectionism, the statement noted.
为捍卫多边贸易体制，捍卫自身合法权益，中方不得不对原产于美国的部分进口商品调整加征关税措施。中方调整加征关税措施，是对美方单边主义、贸易保护主义的回应。
China hopes that the United States would return to the right track of bilateral economic and trade consultations, make joint efforts with China to meet each other halfway and strive to reach a mutually beneficial and win-win agreement on the basis of mutual respect.
中方希望，美方回到双边经贸磋商的正确轨道，和中方共同努力，相向而行，争取在相互尊重的基础上达成一个互利双赢的协议。
美股惨遭“血洗”
据观察者网报道，中国反制措施公布后不久，美股惨遭“血洗”。
US stock opened sharply lower. The Dow lost more than 600 points on Monday morning, while S&P 500 was 2.4% lower and the Nasdaq lost 3.3%.
CNN统计，美国时间周一早，道琼斯跌逾600点，标普500跌幅则达到2.41%，而纳斯达克则跌了3.3%。
面对这样的惨状，各大外媒随即把焦点转向美国股票市场，对于“暴跌”的报道可谓花样翻新。
哥伦比亚广播公司新闻网：中国关税反击，重创美股市场
Tech, industrial and agriculture stocks were hardest hit. Other Wall Street analysts warned that the tariffs could ding U.S. GDP growth while they push up the cost of numerous household goods.
报道指出，在一波大跌中，科技、工业和农业股受到的打击最严重。另有华尔街分析人士指出，关税之争可能冲击美国的GDP增长，因为这会增加美国多种家庭日用品的成本。
外媒反应：这下倒霉的是自己人！
此前，CNN就曾报道过，特朗普的首席经济顾问库德洛表示，对中国的新关税会让美国自己感到痛苦。
外交部：如果有人打到家门口，我们必然会奉陪到底！
5月14日，中国外交部发言人耿爽主持例行记者会。会上，耿爽就当前中美贸易战相关问询回答记者多个问题。
“A question on the China-US trade war. It seems that the US is raising tariffs on all Chinese products. Do you have confidence in winning the trade war?”
有记者问：关于中美贸易战，现在美方好像有意全面对中国产品加征关税，中方是否对打赢这场中美贸易战抱有信心？
“As we made clear on many occasions, raising tariffs won’t solve any problem, and starting a trade war will not exempt the initiator from harm. China doesn’t want a trade war, but we are not afraid of fighting one. If someone brings the war to our doorstep, we will fight to the end. China never succumbs to external pressure. We have the resolve and capability to defend our lawful and legitimate rights and interests.”
耿爽表示：“中方一再表示，加征关税解决不了任何问题，发起贸易战只会损人害己。对于贸易战，中国不想打、不愿打，但也绝不怕打。如果有人打到家门口，我们必然会奉陪到底。中方从来不会屈从于任何外部压力，我们有决心、有能力捍卫自身合法正当权益。”
“In dealing with a capricious US and its maximum pressures, China has been calm all along. We advise the US to listen to the call of the international community and people from various sectors, carefully weigh its gains and losses, and get back on the right track as soon as possible. On the basis of mutual respect, we advise the US to make concerted efforts with China for an agreement beneficial to both sides.”
耿爽还说道：“对于美方的反复无常和极限施压，中方始终保持冷静和淡定。我们奉劝美方看一看国际社会的反应，听一听各界人士的呼声，算一算自身利益的得失，早日认清形势，回归正轨，同中方相向而行，争取在相互尊重的基础上达成一个互利双赢的协议。”
