滴滴顺风车“复活”，你怎么看？

时隔一年多，滴滴顺风车回归。然而，随之而来的还有网友的一大波质疑。
Over a year after two women were allegedly killed by their Didi drivers, Didi Chuxing announced Wednesday that it will resume its Hitch carpooling service in select Chinese cities.
11月6日，滴滴出行宣布，决定于11月20日起，陆续在哈尔滨、太原、北京、南通等7个城市上线试运营顺风车业务。此前，由于两名女性乘客被顺风车司机杀害，滴滴顺风车业务已中止400余天。
Didi’s Hitch service was launched in 2015, quickly becoming a popular carpooling service among Chinese users before the suspension. Didi claimed 30.7 million Chinese used Hitch for the annual family reunion over the seven-day break during the 2018 Lunar New Year.
滴滴顺风车业务于2015年上线，随后迅速成为备受中国用户欢迎的服务。滴滴曾表示，在2018年春节7天假期期间，共有3070万用户使用了顺风车业务与家人团聚。
Didi suspended its carpooling service in August 2018 after female Hitch passengers in Henan and Zhejiang provinces were killed, allegedly by their drivers. Afterward, the ride-hailing company was slammed for safety measures that had failed to protect the two women and for a feature that allowed drivers to rate passengers based on their physical appearance.
去年，河南和浙江发生两起女性顺风车用户被司机杀害事件，滴滴随即在8月份中止了顺风车业务。事件发生后，滴滴出行备受批评，因为其提供的相关安全措施并未保护两名女性，同时还允许司机根据乘客外貌进行评价。
From Nov. 20, the Hitch service will gradually be rolled out in Beijing, Harbin, and five other cities, but only for rides shorter than 50 kilometers.
滴滴出行表示，从11月20日起，北京、哈尔滨以及其他5个城市开启试运营，不过里程限制在50公里以内。
顺风车（ride sharing/hitchhiking service）只是网约车平台提供的众多服务之一，其他还包括专车（tailored taxi service）、快车（fast ride）、出租车（taxi hailing）、单车（bike sharing）、代驾（chauffeuring）、自驾租车（car rental）等。
According to an official notice, the new iteration of Hitch will only be available to female users from 5 a.m. to 8 p.m., with male passengers able to use the service until 11 p.m.
同时，滴滴方面还表示，试运营期间，女性用户仅能在早5点-晚8点之间使用该服务，男性用户最晚11点仍可使用滴滴顺风车服务。
The policy - which Didi says is intended to protect female passengers - is part of a raft of new safety measures including stricter assessments of potential drivers, minimal passenger information available to drivers, and a revamped police alert system.
滴滴表示这一政策初衷是为了保护女性乘客，其他新推出的安全措施还包括更严格的司机资质审核，尽可能少的透露乘客信息给司机，同时更新了报警系统。
不过，顺风车的新功能很快就遭遇了网友的diss：限制女性乘车并不能解决安全问题，同时也有网友质疑，滴滴出行是否有性别歧视嫌疑。
面对舆论争议，滴滴出行方面很快回应：
我们已关注到有用户关于“顺风车试运行方案限制了女性夜间出行”的反馈，感谢大家的建议和批评。目前公布的是顺风车小范围试运行方案，属于顺风车公开征集意见的一部分。未来正式上线的方案，将根据社会各方的意见反馈持续不断完善。
滴滴出行总裁柳青也在微博上给出了自己的反馈：
对此，人民也发表评论称“保护女性安全，就要限制女性夜间乘车吗？这是个欠考虑的商业决策。”
Didi Chuxing updated the service hours of its carpooling “Hitch” on Thursday to 5 a.m. to 8 p.m for both female and male users.
11月7日晚，滴滴出行表示，在听取各方意见和建议之后，决定对所有顺风车用户提供服务的时间均调整为5:00-20:00。
“The change of the service time to between 5 am to 8 pm might not be the perfect solution. But it’s the optimal choice after taking all conditions into consideration,” the company said in a statement.
该公司在声明中表示，“试运营时间调整为5点至20点一定不是最完美的方案，但确实是我们在各种条件下权衡做出的选择。”
至于为何不将服务时间统一调整至23时，滴滴在公告中也进行了解释。
The company said it had considered prolonging the Hitch service to passengers of both genders until 11 pm. But it said that during the time it was operating Hitch, it had seen a big increase in passenger complaints after 8 pm, so it decided on the more conservative operating hours for the test period.
滴滴表示，也曾考虑过将运营时间统一调整为23点，但是根据顺风车过往安全投诉数据统计，20点以后的乘客投诉数量会激增，因此决定在试运营期间采用更加保守的方案。
