是的，你没看错，这就是最近在国外风靡的新式运动：“Plogging”，这个词起源于瑞典语，译成中文意思就是一边慢跑一边捡垃圾。这项运动最初也是源于瑞典一个热爱环保的大叔，后来渐渐有许多小伙伴加入，再后来有人在社交网络上传播，大家都觉得既有趣又环保，于是就渐渐风靡开来了~ 必小编也觉得这项运动非常有意义呢~

 

 

 

外媒报道

According to fitness app Lifesum, which allows users to input and track calories burned while plogging, the eco-friendly work-out is significantly more effective than just jogging.

As plogging requires some bending and arm strength to hold all the garbage, a half hour of plogging will burn 288 calories on average - compared to just 235 calories from regular jogging.

据一款运动app统计，比起单纯慢跑，plogging这项爱护环境的运动着实更加有效。因为在做这项运动的同时，你不仅要弯腰，还得拎着垃圾，所以半个小时下来平均就能消耗288卡路里，比正常慢跑的235卡路里要多。

“We focused a lot on high quality ingredients, from the single note fragrances to the contemporary blends and the more nuanced perfumes that really highlight the origin of the key ingredient,” says Pescheux.

Featuring a wide range of different scents, the collection has been divided into three distinct groups; The Singles, The Reveries and The Essences.

奥斯卡新增流行电影奖项引争议

 

 

作为世界著名的电影类奖项，奥斯卡的颁奖礼一直都受到各界的密切关注。但近年来，也许是由于通过电脑观看视频的人越来越多，奥斯卡颁奖礼的收视率一直在下跌，而主办方为了补救，新增了一个奖项——流行电影杰出成就奖（Outstanding Achievement in Popular Film），以此来奖励流行电影和娱乐电影在商业和娱乐方面的成就。

这个消息一出，许多网友就“炸了”，觉得这大大降低了奥斯卡颁奖礼的水准，“渐渐在变成一档综艺节目”。

Ratings for the 90th Academy Awards fell to an all-time low of 26.5 million viewers, down 19 percent from the previous year and the first time the glitzy awards ceremony had fewer than 30 million viewers since 2008.

第90届奥斯卡颁奖礼的收视率跌至历史最低点，观众仅为2650万人，比去年下降了19%。而且这也是自2008年以来，这是这场盛大的颁奖典礼第一次收视率低于3000万人。

根据外媒报道，小雀斑（Eddie Redmayne）和劳模姐（Jessica Chastain）即将共同出演由小说改编的恐怖片《良心护士》（The Good Nurse） 。

 

 

 

电影中，小雀斑将饰演表面是护士，实则是连环杀手的Cullen，而劳模姐将饰演追踪调查他的护士。

 

 

 

外媒报道

“The Good Nurse,” based on the book by Charles Graeber, will be adapted by Krysty Wilson-Cairns.

《良心护士》基于查尔斯·葛雷伯的同名小说，影片剧本由Krysty Wilson-Cairns进行改编。

Redmayne would portray Cullen and Chastain would play a nurse who helped track down Cullen after he killed as many as 40 patients before being arrested in 2003.

雷德梅尼会扮演Cullen，而Chastain会扮演护士，追踪已经杀死40个病患的Cullen，直到2003年该罪犯被捕。
