台风“利马奇”肆虐多地
自10日凌晨在浙江登陆后，“利奇马”挟风裹雨一路肆虐北上。据应急管理部消息，截至11日17时，“利奇马”已造成浙江、上海、江苏、安徽、山东、福建等6省市651万人受灾，145.6万人紧急转移安置，近3500间房屋倒塌。

The super typhoon Lekima made a second landing in Qingdao City, east China’s Shandong Province at around 8:50 p.m. on Sunday, packing strong winds and heavy downpours.
超级台风“利奇马”（热带风暴级）的中心已于11日20时50分在山东省青岛市黄岛区沿海再次登陆，登陆时中心附近最大风力有9级（23米/秒），台风还给多地带来暴雨。
According to the the National Meteorological Center, Lekima was the third-strongest typhoon to land in eastern China since 1949. The strongest was Wanda in 1956; the second-strongest was Saomai in 2006.
根据国家气象中心的统计，利奇马是1949年以来登陆我国华东地区的第三强台风，与2016年的台风“莫兰蒂”并列，仅次于1956年的台风“温黛”、2006年的台风“桑美”。
More than 30,000 firefighters in Zhejiang, Shanghai and Jiangsu assisted in the rescue.
截至11日8时，浙江、上海、江苏等地消防救援队伍共参加台风相关抢险救援4768起，出动指战员30842人次、消防车4559辆次、舟艇333艘次。
Authorities have mobilized dramatic rescue and relief efforts, with firefighters, soldiers, policemen and government agency staff searching for those missing.
