《生活大爆炸》催泪完结

2019年5月，对很多剧迷们来说，应该会是很难忘的一个月。

 

5月20日，《权力的游戏》完结，虽然烂尾了......

 

而就在《权游》完结的前几天——5月16日，这一天，走过了12年的《生活大爆炸》最终集播出，长达一个小时。

 

那个人们曾以为会永远存在的世界，终于也落下了帷幕。

 

 

 

最后一集的最后，所有人都围坐在沙发上，就像往常他们做的那样。

 

 

 

2007年刚开播，最初五人组也是这样坐在沙发上。

 

在最后一次剧本研读会上，大家都泪目了。大家回忆起了这12年间发生过的事儿。

 

Jim Parsons（饰 Sheldon 谢尔顿）这样说：

“Whatever ends up happening to us, this is life-altering. You may be part of something else that is as life-altering as this, but that’s a high bar to hurdle.”

Over the past 12 years, The Big Bang Theory has become “the king of American sitcoms”.  Since the launch, it has repeatedly broken the record for producing CBS, setting new records for the number of adult viewers between the ages of 18 and 49.

CBS Entertainment chief Kelly Kahl called The Big Bang Theory “the defining comedy for its generation”, according to the Television Critics Association. It’s not only because the show has won 10 Emmys - actor Jim Parsons has won another four for his portrayal of Sheldon - but also that the show allows people to look at nerds in a brand new way: They may be socially awkward, but they can also be cool and kind once you get to know them.

As a comedy, The Big Bang Theory is more than just funny. By the end of the episode, it was all about one thing: praise friendship.

As the backbone of the whole drama, such a theme in the final episode has been sublimated. The friendship has made a profound difference for everyone, even the most “stuck-up” and fastidious Sheldon.

As Leonard puts it, being a “selfish jerk” has always been part of Sheldon’s charm -- or at least what makes the character so oddly likable.

Sheldon would surprise me sometimes! But, I very much enjoyed seeing Sheldon grow in the episodes! When I first saw Sheldon… I thought he was a snob. My opinion changed as time went on that he just did not have experience with people.

Sheldon started as a character who didn’t want to see his flaws and didn’t want to change. However, his flaws were strikingly obvious and often called out. Instead of being stagnant due to his own perception of himself, he slowly started adapting and compromising for the sake of others.

一开始，谢尔顿是一个不想看见自己的缺点也不想改变的角色。然而，他的缺点实在是太明显，常常暴露出来。因为他对自己的洞察力，他并没有那么迟钝，反而是开始慢慢地在适应他人、做出妥协。

 

He didn’t do it from his own self-improvement, he didn’t do it to be a better person, he did it because he wanted others to be happier around him.

The development was very subtle and slow but he became a very different person.
